Losing weight is now simple!

I want to lose weight but my doesn’t want to lose me

A lot of my clients ask me…
Bro! How the heck do I lose weight?”

Losing weight was a tough task to most of my pals but not after they got this clear.

Weight loss or Weight gain depends on your “Calories”.

Every person respective to his/her gender, age and height is supposed to take a certain amount of calories to maintain their weight.

Let’s say- I’m a guy who’s 75 Kgs(perfect right? I know) and stand 5’8.

To maintain my weight I need to take 2500 apx Calories per day.

But if I want to lose some weight, I need to lessen 200-300(recommended deficit) calories daily from my daily meals

OR

I can consume 2500 calories and burn 200-300
out of them.

But… HOW DO I CALCULATE REQUIRED CALORIES IN MY CASE?
